Had a wonderful Christmas stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. We especially enjoyed the free iced water in the lobby and the well-stocked vending machines.
That the breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was expensive and the waitstaff was not accommodating when we were running a few minutes late. However, we found plenty of nearby options for breakfast and were able to enjoy a lovely meal elsewhere.

The lady from the reception staff was friendly. We were 3 km from our favourite spot Prittlewell Priory. We enjoyed Premier Southend Airport. Will be back, THANK YOU.

Convenient location! It was just a kilometer away from popular spots like Timbuktu 📍. the stay itself was comfy and enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a Tesco Extra and has plenty of car park spaces available. the staff were helpful and check-in was easy. One reviewer mentioned that despite being close to the airport, they weren't disturbed by any noise.
Some guests complained about the smaller bed sizes and the lack of a walk-in shower in the disabled room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and parking is ample. the reception staff were efficient and friendly. the room was clean and comfortable.
The soundproofing could be improved as noise from other guests and the airport disturbed our sleep. the breakfast was mediocre and overpriced.
